Solution focused counselling is a short term therapy that focuses on your chosen goal and can be achieved in up to 6-8 sessions. To stay on track we would review on an ongoing basis till the end.
The focus is in the here and now and by truly listening and attempting to be in your own view of any
issues, by being non-judgemental in my responses, I would then sensitively offer you different solution’s that you the client could use or not and that's okay. I would follow your pace to help you understand your current issues to help make positive changes in your life.
Solution focused counselling can help with many current events/issues such as:

Understanding a health diagnosis,
Long term illness.
The counselling process can be challenging and healing as I help you gain self awareness and awareness
of others. When you gain insight into your own feelings/thoughts and behaviours and have a new found
awareness only then you can become more self-directive in your life by understanding your true self
then you can confidently move towards a more positive attitude in your life and make some changes.
